What can I use the address for?

Your mailing address at The Network Hub can be treated as if you had a physical office at the Hub. What this means is that you can use it as the mailing address for your website or business, but you can also use the address to incorporate your business or get your business license, which you cannot do with a PO box. The address can also be used to open bank accounts and other service accounts, and you can use it on all your marketing material too.

How does mail forwarding benefit my company?

Whatever the case, our mail forwarding service is both convenient and affordable. When you subscribe to our mail forwarding service, we will forward your mail to you, regardless of where you are in the world. This is not restricted to just Canadian and American mailing addresses! You could be doing business in Paris, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Dubai, or anywhere else; we will automatically forward all your letters to you at no additional cost*.

How will I know if I received something?

When your mail arrives at our office, you are automatically sent an e-mail notification. This way, you don’t have to come down every day to see if any letters or parcels have arrived for you. The e-mail notifications will also let you know who is sending you the mail, so you can choose whether you want to come down to get it or you want to save the trip for next time.

I travel often and might not have a stable address for mail forwarding

Our mail forwarding service also includes the option to have all your mail automatically scanned and then either faxed or emailed to you. This can save you a lot of time and it has the added benefit of digitizing your correspondence. Don’t worry: your privacy, security and confidentiality are upheld with the utmost confidence.

How long can you keep my mail for while I am away?

We can keep mail up to one year but if you keep in touch with us, it can be longer.

Why do I need mail forwarding?

Our smiling receptionist will greet them, letting them know that you are not in the office. They can then take a message for you, relaying that message to you via e-mail. This is the same as when a courier or delivery person drops off a package for you.
