2. Do you need appointment booking? Explain

We can manage your on-going scheduling needs by functioning as your personal receptionist and book appointments/reservations for your clients. All calls are answered and appointments are taken and/or confirmed instantly. You’ll be notified immediately of all new appointments via email/SMS text message*. You will be able to access your appointment book wherever you are and have full control of your schedule. You can create special instructions for our receptionist through here also.

3. Do you need call patching? Explain

Call Patching is when a caller needs to speak to you straight away so we put them on hold whilst calling you on your mobile or on another land line. We then ask you whether you want to take the call. If you do we will connect you. If you don't we will go back to the caller and take a message.

4. Do you need us to take calls after-hours (Monday to Friday from 5PM-9AM) and/or weekends (Saturday and Sunday)?

5. Do you have an office number? Explain

One benefit is that when you increase your staffing and go to an office, you don't want to change your number. Until you are ready to expand, you can use a landline forwarded to a cell so you have the flexibility of expanding and keeping the same number.
