As a subscriber to our service, you are able to list our Richmond office as your business address, instead of a PO box that comes with other mailbox rental service providers. This provides you with a more professional address for your company, as well as having the ability to use it for business incorporation, software registration, bank accounts, domain registration, and for your Google Places business address.

Our friendly staff will notify you by email whenever mail or parcels come in to the office for you, so there’s never any need for you to call in and check if anything’s arrived. Our staff is also available on hand to provide any document pick up and drop off for your clients. Arrangements can also be made so that we can pay for any customs/duties on incoming parcels on your behalf.

For our Mail Forwarding subscribers, we will send your mail out to you once a week. You also have the option of getting your mail or parcels forwarded to you through a courier of your choice. Our Mail Scanning subscribers get to receive emails of their scanned documents on the same day as they are received. Your scanned letters are securely stored online with 256-bit AES encryption and are accessible anytime.

As an additional service for your convenience, we can also provide check depositing services at a local bank. Additional administrative staff service requests can also be available, please let us know of your specific business needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Note that a great perk to subscribing to our mailing service in Richmond, is your ability to book our Meeting Room at the same location, if you require a space to meet with your clients. Simply click on our online calendar to reserve your meeting space, no memberships required. Being able to do your business at the same location as your mailing address provides your company with a more consistent and professional appearance. You can do the same if you just need a workspace for the day, book yourself a desk through our online calendar and pay as you go.

FAQs

Q: How do I know when I have new mail?
A: We notify you when there’s any new mail for you on the same-day that it was delivered.

Q: When can I pickup my mail?
A: Our mail pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.

Q: Can I have more than 1 company name on my account?
A: There is a limit of one company name per account.

Q: Do I get a key to a mailbox?
A: Our front desk staff will personally release your mail once your identity has been validated.

Q: Is there a limit to the parcel size?
A: We are unable to receive any item that is transported on a pallet or cannot be easily lifted up a few steps of stairs.

Q: I travel a lot and can’t pick up mail right away. Is that ok?
A: We can hold your mail for the duration of your subscription. Please note that there is a limited amount of space allocated for each account so we may reach out to you if too much mail has been accumulated.

Q: How to renew subscription?
A: In order to prevent service interruption, the subscription will automatically renew for the same original length, unless you’ve requested otherwise.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: We require a 30-days notice, by email or post, in order for us to cancel your subscription.

Q: Mail Scanning – What do you do with letters after scanning?
A: Your mail is stored until they are destroyed (per your request), forwarded (per your request) or have been picked up. The digital copy will be deleted when we no longer possess the letter.

Q: Mail Forwarding – Do you include items that aren’t letter/envelope-sized as part of your weekly mail forwarding?
A: No, we do not.
