FAQs

Q: How do I know when I have new mail?
A: We notify you when there’s any new mail for you on the same-day that it was delivered.

Q: When can I pickup my mail?
A: Our mail pickup hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-3:00pm and Friday 9:00-1:00pm.

Q: Can I have more than 1 company name on my account?
A: There is a limit of one company name per account.

Q: Do I get a key to a mailbox?
A: Our front desk staff will personally release your mail once your identity has been validated.

Q: Is there a limit to the parcel size?
A: We are unable to receive any item that is transported on a pallet or cannot be easily lifted up a few steps of stairs.

Q: I travel a lot and can’t pick up mail right away. Is that ok?
A: We can hold your mail for the duration of your subscription. Please note that there is a limited amount of space allocated for each account so we may reach out to you if too much mail has been accumulated.

Q: How to renew subscription?
A: In order to prevent service interruption, the subscription will automatically renew for the same original length, unless you’ve requested otherwise.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: We require a 30-days notice, by email or post, in order for us to cancel your subscription.

Q: Mail Scanning – What do you do with letters after scanning?
A: Your mail is stored until they are destroyed (per your request), forwarded (per your request) or have been picked up. The digital copy will be deleted when we no longer possess the letter.

Q: Mail Forwarding – Do you include items that aren’t letter/envelope-sized as part of your weekly mail forwarding?
A: No, we do not.
